摘要
本文引入女性就业的行业—工资倾向概念来分析女性劳动力的行业分布相对于工资来说有没有倾向性,并以此判断女性的行业分布是否有歧视的成分。我国女性就业的行业工资倾向系数较高,而且有逐步提高的趋势,说明我国女性劳动者在行业分布上受到歧视的可能性比较小。
With reference to the concept of the trade-wage preference in women's employment, this paper explains the fact that the trade distribution of women's employment is not tendentious in relation to the wage, which is a yardstick by which to tell whether the distribution coefficient of the trade wage in women's employment is increasing steadily indicates that the possibility of Chinese women workers being discriminated against in trade distribution is oretty low.
