论汉语的纯洁性问题

On the Purity of Chinese Language

对于中国翻译界目前存在的有关汉语的纯洁性正在面临挑战的观点 ,通过对从异化和归化 ,可译性与不可译性 ,以及历史发展三个方面进行分析 ,说明语言要随时代进步而发展 ,汉语也要从别国文化中吸收精华来增强自己的表现力与亲和力。在保持其自身特点的同时 ,应该以积极的态度对待外来文化 ,敢于吸收其他文化中汉语所缺乏的东西 ,以此来丰富自身 。

Focusing on the view that many people in Chinese translation circle claim that Chinese purity is being challenged now, this article, from three perspectives, namely, foreignization and domestication, translatable and untranslatable, and historical evolution, presents an analysis and comes to a conclusion that Chinese should take positive attitude to absorbing what it lacks to improve its expressiveness and affinity, on the basis of maintaining its own characteristics.
