国家开发银行作为政府的开发性金融机构,一直高度重视与东北三省各级政府的合作,10年来为推进东北三省的制度建设、信用建设和经济发展做出了巨大贡献。中央做出实施东北地区等老工业基地振兴战略决策后,该行更把支持东北老工业基地的振兴视为“义不容辞的责任”,提出了“政府热点、雪中送炭、信用建设、规划先行、融资推动”的指导思想。陈元行长的这篇文章全面诠释了国家开发银行的东北战略,并就东北老工业基地的总体发展战略。
China Development Bank (CDB) has long emphasized its cooperation with the 3 provinces in Northeast China. In the past 10 years, CDB has joined the efforts with the Northeast governments to the development of a better financial system, credit construction and local economy.
