摘要
结合我院校的实际,对事业单位实施聘用制改革中的一些重点问题进行思考,并提出了解决的思路。
The system of appointment, a basic component of the personnel-employment systems in the administrative organizations and public institutions, is a fundamental measure to reform the traditional regular employment systems. This paper explores some important procedures of carrying out the system of appointment in light of the practical conditions and puts forwards some solutions to the problems emerged.
