摘要 采用高温水蒸气处理人工林杨树木材和落叶松木材,然后通过模具在高温处理过程中直接加工成方形木材,测量其尺寸稳定性、密度、颜色等指标。结果如下:在180℃的条件下,随着定型时间的延长,无论是杨木还是落叶松,压缩变形恢复率明显减少。当定型时间超过15 min 后,压缩变形几乎完全被固定。压缩率为28%的杨木对角线样本,平均密度值为613kg/m^3,而对面中心点连线样本的平均密度值为747 kg/m^3,并且表层到中层分布较均匀。经过高温水蒸汽处理制得的人造方材的外表和内部颜色不同,表面部分颜色发暗。 The dimensional stability,density and color indexes of poplar and larch plantations were tested,which treated by high temperature steam and processed square lumber directly during high temperature treatment through mould.The results were as follows:when temperature was 180℃,the recovery set of compressive deformation decreased obviously with the increase of forming time,whether poplar or larch.When forming time exceeded 15 minutes,the compressive deformation was practically fixed.The diagonal swatch of poplar which compression set was 28%,whose average density was 613 kg/m^3.But the average density of swatch of opposite centerline was 747 kg/m^3, and distributed equably from surface layer to middle layer.The artificial square lumber produced by high temperature stream treatment,the color of exterior and interior was different,the color of surface part dimmed.
