摘要
利用发光细菌测定制浆废水及其所含八种酚类毒物的毒性,结果表明:此种快速简便的方法是可靠的;不同酚类的生物毒性不同;酚类化合物引入氯为氯代酚类后,毒性骤增,取代氯原子数越多,毒性越大;次氯酸盐单段漂白废水毒性很强,值得重视,并予以严格控制。
The toxicity of papermaking waste, water and phenolic compounds included in the waste water was monitored with luminous bacteria. It has been shown that the fast,convenient method for toxicity determination is reliableidifferent phenols have different toxicity ; chlorinated phenols, which derived from phenols by superceded Cl5,have sharply increased toxicity and higher chlorinated phenols with higher toxicity they have; effluent from Hs has quite notible toxicity. On the view of toxic effect on aquatic biosystem, the discharge of papermaking waste water especially that of the bleaching waste liquor should be carefully controlled.
