A Study on the Characteristics of Blended Furnishes of Wheat Straw Pulp and Long Fiber Pulps

摘要 本文较系统地研究了针叶木化学木浆、棉浆和针叶木CTMP三种长纤维浆与麦草浆配浆对纸张各项强度性质及滤水性能的影响,初步总结出这三种长纤维浆的打浆度及其用量对纸张性质影响的规律。 The characteristics of blended furnishes of wheat straw pulp and other long fiber pulps including softwood chemical pulp, cotton linter pulp and softwood CTMP were investigated. It showed that blending wheat straw pulp with softwood chemical pulp could significantly improve all of strength properties as against 100% wheat straw pulp, and it could also improve drainage property of the furnish when beating degree of softwood chemical pulp was lower than 25癝R. Blending with cotton linter pulp could only improve part of strength properties, but it could obtain better drainage property than blending with softwood chemical pulp. The effect of softwood CTMP on stregth and drinage properties of blended pulp Was similar to those cotton linter pulp except that stretch at failure decreased as CTMP content increased. Synergistic effect for breaking length was discovered in both blended furnishes of softwood chemical pulp-wheat straw pulp and softwood CTMP-wheat straw pulp when they were blended in certain proportions.
