单缸直接卷取纸卷的理想运行轨迹及其数学模型

摘要 本文简要地分析了单缸圆网纸机生产过程中产生褶子的原因。提出了恒定卷取张力是解决问题的基本途径,并勾绘出单缸圆网纸机卷取操作纸卷的理想运行轨迹。建立了间接控制张力的数学模型,同时提出了简易卷纸架改造的方向。 The reasons causing cockles in the paper producing on Yankee machine was analyzed briefly. The influence of changing of tension in paper on the paper surface properties was illustrated through the analysis of the forces exerting on the reels being rolled up by Yankee machine directly, it revealed that the main reasons causing cockles included uneven basis weight, uneven moisture distribution and uneven longitudinal length. Constant tension on rolling was suggested as the essential way to solve the problem. The ideal motion locus of rolling up operation on Yankee machine was plotted, a mathematical model and functional relationship of relative parameters for controlling tension on the paper indirectly was established. Meanwhile the main direction to improve the simple reel shelf was pointed out.
