流浆箱的布浆元件设计原理和方法探索

The Principle and Method of Designs for the Distributor Device of the Headbox

本文论述了布浆元件的工作原理和实验室对布浆元件性能测试的一些结果,提出了布浆压头这一概念,并用一个定量的函数关系把布浆元件的主要参量和流浆箱的进浆压头及上网浆量等参数联系起来;在理论分析和实验数据基础上提出布浆元件设计方法。

Working theory of distributor device of the headbox and its properties measured in laboratory were discussed. A new concept of stock distributor pressure was proposed. A functional relationship between the main parameters of distributor device and the parameters of headbox such as stock supply pressure and stock flow rate was established. Design method of the distributor device was put forward on theoritical analysis and the experimental results.
