Preliminary Study on the Shake of AccuRay's Scanner

本文分析了AccuRay定量、水份控制系统中扫描架的机械结构特点、有关计算机硬件和软件结构以及电气驱动原理,笔者结合几年的实际运行和维护经验,探讨了扫描抖动的危害性、产生原因、预防办法和发生故障后的排除方法。

The sensor on scanning frame is a key part for collecting information on process in AccuRay B & M control system. The shake of the scanner is a kind of fault of discontrolled movement of the sensor on scanning frame, tills fault can be caused by several factors and it is greatly harmful for paper machine running and paper production.Combining maintenance experience with the analysis of the mechanism feature of the frame, the relevent hardware and software and electrical driver principle, the reasons of the fault are discussed, preventive and troubleshooting measures for the fault are suggested.
