Bleaching of Poplar CTMP in Jilin Paper Mill

介绍了吉林造纸厂CTMP的H_2O_2漂白生产流程与主要的工艺技术条件,并讨论了H_2O_2漂白生产流程和设备的选择,以及影响漂白的主要工艺参数。大生产的结果表明,使用1.5％的H_2O_2对杨木CTMP进行漂白,白度可提高10个百分点以上,浆料的色调也发生了明显的改变。

Production process and the mam technical parameters of H2O2 bleaching og poplar CTMP in Jilin Paper Mili were presented in this paper. Equipment selection for the bleaching system and some technical parameters which affected the bleaching effect was discussed. Mill experiences indicated that brightness of the poplar TMP could be increased by 10% when H2O2 charge WHS 1. 5% , and meanwhile the shade of the pulp was obviously improved.
