摘要
为保障遗传工程小鼠的安全 ,降低屏障系统内氨气浓度、改善饲养人员的工作条件 ,我们在SPF设施内设计并安装了单向气流排气式层流架。经过一年半的运行 ,证明整个系统在保证动物饲养的SPF环境的同时 ,还显著降低饲养室内氨气浓度和尘埃粒子 。
In order to ensure the safety of genetically engineered mice, reduce the ammonia concentration in barrier system, and improve the working condition, we devised and installed one-way exhaust airflow racks. Through one and half a year running, it has proved to reach the anticipated design purposes.The whole system can not only maintain SPF environment that animals live in, but also the ammonia concentration and dust particles are reduced dramatically.
