摘要
兔VX2肝癌模型建立的肝癌与人类肝癌接近 ,是目前研究肝癌经肝动脉化疗栓塞术 (TACE)较合适的动物模型 。
New Zealand white rabbit VX2 tumor when implanted in the liver has proven convenient as a model for studying the transarterial chemoembolization(TACE) of hepatocellular carcinomas. It is because of its growth well and the vascularization system similar to many human liver tumors when implanted in the rabbit’s liver. The purpose of this review is to discuss the progress of the model of hepatic VX2 tumor for TACE.
