沼气发酵液防治甘薯软腐病的效果 被引量:6

摘要 甘薯软腐病是甘薯储藏期间常发生的主要病害之一。本课题连续两年利用沼气发酵液对2500公斤甘薯进行室外窖藏与室内试验,取得比较明显的防治效果。窖藏试验表明,到出窖时,1990年和1991年的薯块发病率,沼液处理比对照分别下降了61.20%和47.74%,平均下降54.47%。pH8.0的沼液比pH6.5的薯块发病率下降了8.08%。通沼气于窖中,薯块发病率下降:53.11%。实验室试验,沼液处理比对照,10天内薯块发病率下降了44%,30天时下降了22%。 The, soft rot of sweetpotato is one of the main diseases in store. An obvious effect of biogas fermented liquid on control of soft rot for 2500kg sweetpotatoes stored in cellar and Lab. for 2 years has obtained. The tuber incidence percentage of sweetpotato stored in cellar treated with biogas fermented liquid was lower 61.20 in 1990 and 47.74 in 1991 than that of ck and for sweetpotatoes treated with biogas was lower 53.11 than that of Ck. The incidence percentage of sweetpotato treated with pH8.0 biogas fermented liquid was lower 8.08 than that with pH6.5. In lab. the tuber incidence percentage of sweetpotato soft rot was lower 44 in 10 days and 22 in 30 days than that of Ck.
