通过学习《中国图书馆员职业道德准则》 (试行 ) ,并联系图书馆工作实践 ,对图书馆员职业道德有了较深的理解 ,认为《中国图书馆员职业道德准则》 (试行 )确立了图书馆员职业观念 ,引导了图书馆员的职业行为 。

Based on the study of The Professional Morality Criterions of Chinese Librarians, connecting the practice of library work, the author had much deep comprehension of professional morality of librarians,and considers that The Professional Morality Criterions of Chinese Librarians have established vocational concept and guided vocational behavior and embodied library spirit.
