This paper analyzes the connotation of Chaoshan food culture, set forth the influence of modern high-tech on Chaoshan food culture, introduces the exploitation and utilization of Chaoshan food multimedia database, and probes into the new method which confirming the resources of Chaoshan food culture by making use of modern high-tech.
