摘要
当前高校图书馆用户培训工作还存在诸如形式单一、内容陈旧、针对性不强等问题 ,要做好用户培训工作 ,应在研究高校用户信息需求的基础上 ,创新培训内容和培训方式 ,建立用户自主选择培训机制 ,提高其学习的积极性和主动性 ,为构建用户终身教育体系服务。
At present there are some problems in the training of library customers at college libraries.The form is simplistic, the content is outdates, and the training is aimless.The training work can not be improved unless the content is renewed, new method are adopted, a mechanism of library customers choosing the training courses according to their needs is established, library customers' enthusiasm for study is aroused, and services are offered to establish a system of library customers enjoying education for life on the basis of studying library customers' demand for information.
