摘要
本文对农村水压式沼气池沼液样品中的氨基酸、维生素、微量元素等营养物含量与消化酶活性进行了测定,同时还检验了氨、亚硝酸盐以及寄生虫卵和大肠菌群等有害物的存在情况。评价了沼液用作饲料的安全性和可行性。
In the biogas slurry sampling from rural household biogas digesters, amino-acids, vitamin, trace elements, nitrate, nitrite and activity of digestine enzymes were analysed. The coliform group test and the examination of helminthous ovum were also conducted. The feasibility of using biogas slurry as animal feedstuff was evaluated.
