通过“书本霸位”的现象 ,透析了高校自扩招以来 ,校园资产与迅速发展的教育事业不相适应 ,从而说明教育投资与教育质量成因果关系 ,教育的发展计划应既有数量规模 ,又有相应的条件投入保障机制 。

This article analyses deeply the phenomenon of “occupying seats by placing books” in colleges and universities, thus exposing the inadaptability of campus property and high-developed education industry since the expansion of college enrollment.Also, it shows the relationship between cause and effect of educational funds input and educational quality.Education development plan should have its quantity scale as well as relevant assurance mechanism.Only when we strengthen moral education reform can we improve teaching quality.
