摘要
蔺河口水电站大坝为全断面碾压混凝土双曲薄拱坝,碾压混凝土配合比设计采用“一高两低”的原则,即高掺粉煤灰、低水胶比和低VC值,通过应用和调整,满足设计和施工要求。在配合比设计及应用中,主要进行了以下工作:原材料的选择,配合比设计参数的确定,室内试验,现场配合比的调整,质量控制与检测。
The dam for the Linhekou Hydropower Station is a full-section thin RCC double-curvature arch dam. The mix design of RCC is made according to the principles of 'high fly-ash, low water-cement ration and low VC value. On the basis of practice and adjustment, the mix proportion meets the requirements of design and construction. In the design and application of mix proportion, the following works were made: the selection of raw materials, the determination of design parameters of mix proportion, indoor tests, the adjustment of field mix proportion, and quality control and check.
