老虎山水电站倒虹吸管伸缩节振动机理分析 被引量:5

摘要 根据老虎山二级水电站运行期间倒虹吸管道出现的复式波纹伸缩节及管体振动现象,进行了带荷原形观测。通过对倒虹吸管道的运行工况及原形观测数据的整理、分析认为,连接管的低频特征是引起复式波纹伸缩节振动的主要原因,因此解决措施主要应从提高连接管的特征频率入手。改进后的波纹管伸缩节满足设计要求,消除了管道原有振动现象,达到了改造效果和目的,经受到了运行的考验,受到业主的好评。 Resulting from the vihration of compound corrugated extension element and penstock body of inverted siphon type during operation of Laohushan Hydropower Station II,such prototype observation with load was carried out. Based on the data collection and analysis related to different operation conditions and prototype observation data , it is concluded that the main vibration mechanism for compound corrugated extension element is low frequency characters of connecting pipe,the critical solution is to increase its own characteristic frequency. Such modified corrugated extension elements fully meet the design requirements, eliminating vibration phenomenon of original penstock, moreover,practical operation has been successfully experienced and favorable comments from the Owner has been raised.
