摘要
磨削表面烧伤是磨削过程的瞬时高温使工件金属表面产生一层很薄的氧化层,它会影响工件的耐磨性和使用寿命.以WY125摩托车发动机凸轮轴磨削加工时凸轮表面产生烧伤现象为实例,分析凸轮表面磨削烧伤产生的原因,并从减少磨削热产生和加速磨削热传出两个方面介绍了消除磨削表面烧伤的方法.
Under the condition of instant high temperature of grinding, the metal surface of work piece creates a very thin oxide, it is called grinding surface burning. It affects the wearability and service life of work piece. In the process of cam shaft grinding of Motorcycle Engine (Model WY125), the cam shaft surface creates burning. Taking this phenomenon as an example, the article tries to analyze the causes. From the two aspects, i.e. decreasing the hot creation of grinding and expediting the hot spread of grinding, the writer introduces ways of avoiding the phenomenon.
