文章概括了国外自然资源管理演化与发展、机构设置和职能、管理方法和手段 ,归纳了市场经济条件下自然资源管理的三种体制 (模式 ) ,分析了中国自然资源管理体制的建立与改革 ;并对我国现行自然资源管理体制选择的必然性进行了分析 ,通过比较研究 ,指出国内外自然资源管理体制 (模式 )
The paper generalizes the evolution and developme nt of natural resources management,installed institution,the function of them an d the management models in foreign countries It sums up three models of natura l resources management,which are based on market economy system.It analyzes the foundation and reform of the natural resources management of our country and th e inevitability of China's actual system,then points out the advantages an d disadvantages of natural resources management systems both at home and abroad on the base of comparison and research.
