20 0 0年 ,福州市在福建省率先实行经营性国有土地使用权公开招标拍卖。本文调查研究了这种土地“阳光交易”在运作中的特点 。
The Fuzhou city took the lead in putting the usuf ruct of the state land,which belongs to running land,up for invite public biddin g and auction in Fujian province in 2000.This paper researches the running featu res of this transparent business of land, and puts forword some suggestions.
