摘要
分析了摩托车后挡泥板的冲孔工艺,着重介绍了摩托车后挡泥板冲孔模的结构。该模具布局合理,结构紧凑,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本,从而降低了摩托车的造价,提高了摩托车的市场竞争力。
Piercing technology of the rear mudguard of motorcycle has been analysed and the die structure has been emphatically introduced.The overall arrangement of the die is rational and the structure of the die is well-knitted.The die has raised the production efficiency with lower production cost.Then the motorcycle's price is lower ,so they have been much more powerful in market competition.
