摘要
笔者应用苍龟探穴法针刺极泉为主,治疗中风上肢功能障碍106例,取得了较好的效果,现报道如下。一般资料本组均为住院患者,其中男61例,女45例;年龄41～50岁15例,51～60岁36例。
The authors used 'Cang Gui (black tortoise)'point-detecting method to treat 106 apoplectic caseswith motoring impairment of upper limbs by punct-uring point Jiquan (H 1) on the affected side.Theother 106 cases treated by needling the routine pointformed the control group.Both groups were offered5 treating courses.The effect in the treated groupwas superior to that of the control group.The authorsthought that point Jiquan can excite plexus brachi-alis and dredge the meridians so as to nourish theupper limbs and rebuild conditioned reflex,thus themotoring function of the limb can be restored.
