针刺治疗脑损伤后综合征及肢体功能障碍69例临床分析

Treatment of 69 Cases of Post-Brain-Injury Syndrome with Acupuncture

脑损伤后综合征亦称脑外伤后机能症,有的人将此病列为颅脑损伤的并发症和后遗症称为脑损伤后症状群。本病多在伤后3个月以上仍遗留有头痛、头晕、记忆力减退、注意力不集中、易怒、失眠以及植物神经功能失调等类似癔病样症状。近20年来我们收治以肢体功能障碍为主要症状的脑损伤后综合征69例,采用针刺治疗取得较满意的疗效,现报道如下。

The authors treated with acupuncture 69 casesof motoring impairment of limbs resulting from braininjury after their phycological therapy.Neiguan(P6)was prescribed from the upper limb and Yongquan(K 1)from the lower.Futu(LI 18)and Quchi(L.I 11)were supplemented when necessary.Strongstimulation was performed.Altogether 67 cases werecured,not only the motoring functions restored,butalso other symptoms improved or even disappeared.Only 2 cases were not cured.The combination withfunctional training is an important step in heighteningthe therapeutic effect which therefore must be persis-ted.
