穴位埋线治疗胃及十二指肠溃疡218例疗效观察

Observation on Therapeutie Effect of 218 Cases of Gastric and Duodenal Ulcer Treated by Thread-Embedding Method in Acupoints

胃及十二指肠溃疡(统称为溃疡病),是常见的慢性消化道疾病,好发于青壮年。笔者自1980年至1986年间在临床工作中采用穴位埋线疗法对218例溃疡病患者进行了观察治疗,疗效满意,现总结报告如下。

Prescribed points included:from zhongwan (Ren12) to Shangwan (Ren 13),from Weishu (UB 21)to Pishu (UB 20) bilaterally.The operation was per-formed as follows:Sterile technique on the localregion ranged from 20 to 25 centimetres in diametre;local anesthesia,catgut embedd into the above pointswith a curved three-edged needle,the catgut cut offand covered with sterilized gauze.One month afterthe embedding,the cure rate reached 68.81% andthe total effective rate was 93.58% and the failurewas 6.42%.
