针刺、艾灸促进骨折愈合的临床研究——附147例疗效分析

Clinical Research on Promoting the Healing of Fracture and Analysis of Therapeutical Effect of 147 Cases

我们根据针刺、艾灸有活血行气、温经通络的功能,骨折有气滞血瘀经脉不通的特点,设计了针刺、艾灸促进骨折愈合的临床研究课题。采用易于观察骨痂生长的长管状骨骨折(股骨、胫腓骨骨折)患者作为观察对象。

147 cases of fracture of long bone were dividedat random into the group with acupuncture and mo-xibustion,that with moxibustion alone and the con-troll group.On the basis of conventional treatmentfor the fracture,the 3 groups were provided respe-ctively with,acupuncture and moxibustion together,moxibustion alone and neither acupuncture nor moxi-bustion.The observation was focused on the foodintake,urination and defecation,local swelling,pain,the growth and strength of callus,and off-hed weight carrying etc.The above indices werebetter improved in the first two groups,all quickerthan in the control group.This result suggests thatacupuncture and moxibustion has positive effect inpromoting the healing of fracture.
