耳穴贴压治疗过敏性鼻炎337例疗效观察

Observation on Therapeutical Effect of 337 Cases of Allergic Rhinitic Treated with Ear-Acu-Pressure

过敏性鼻炎属中医鼻鼽,系机体受到外界某种刺激后产生的过敏性疾病之一,临床分常年发作型和季节性发作型。本病以鼻痒、鼻塞、流涕和打喷嚏为主要特征,反复发作,难以治愈。笔者用耳穴贴压法治疗337例,疗效满意,报告如下。

Ear points Lung,Trachea,Shoulder,Finger,Internal and External nose,Large Intestine,AllergyPoint,Adronal Gland etc.were prescribed.Both earswere stuck with Semen Vaccariae which would bechanged for every third day.10 sessions formed onetreating course.In the first half of the course,theseeds were pressed gently and in the second half,the pressure could he alternately gentle and strong.Among 337 eases,151 were eared(44.8%),130markedly effective(38.6%),45 improved(13.3%),and (?) unchanged(3.3%).All the cured cases hadno recurrence in the period of time of 6 months.
