针灸治疗脑血管意外后遗症148例疗效分析

Analysis of 148 of Sequela of Cerebral Vascular Accident Treated with Acupuncture

<正> 我运用头针与体针交替治疗脑血管意外后遗症较单纯用头针或体针疗效满意,现将随机抽样的148例住院病例报道如下。一般资料148例中男性77例,女性71例。年龄30-39岁3例,40~49岁19例,50~59岁61例,60~69岁57咧,70岁以上8例,以50~70岁居多。病程3个月以内66例,3~6个月50例,7~12个f128例,13~18个月4例。

The author divided 148,cases of hemiplegiainto 3 groups.All the patients had the duration ofdisease within one year and half.The first groupwas treated with body acupuncture in points of Yangmeridians,especially Yangming meridians and pointsof other meridians were also combined.Needles wereconnected with impulsed electric current.The trea-tment was once daily.The second group was offeredthe treatment with head acupuncture and motoringregion,foot motoring-sensory region,sensory region,speech region etc.were prescribed according to thesymptoms.The treatment was once daily.The thirdgroup had the combination of the both.In all the 3groups,10 sessions of treatment constituted 1 trea-ting course and the following course started after 3days interval.The statistical processing revealed thatthe third group was remarkably superior to the othertwo.
