止血贴剂外敷涌泉穴治疗咯血临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Hemoptysis with External Application of Hemostatic on Yongquan(K1)

笔者自1991年1月至同年12月采用自制的止血贴剂外敷双侧涌泉穴治疗咯血30例,并设西药对照组20例,现将观察结果报道如下。

The authors applied the self-made hemostatic(composed of Cortex Cinnamoni,Sulphur,and Bor-neolum)on bilateral Yongquan(K 1).The medicinewas changed once daily.Among 30 treated cases,22were cured(73.3%),5 markedly effective(16.7%),2 had certain effect(6.7%)and 1 unchanged(3.3%).Comparing with the administration of wes-tern medicine,the statistical processing demonstratesno marked difference between the two on both theeffect and the time of the hemostasis(P>0.05).This suggests that the external application of thehemostatic on Yongquan can also obtain fairly sati-sfactory effect in treating hemoptysis.
