Clinical Observation on Acupuncture in Treating Kidney and Ureter Stones

肾、输尿管结石发病率很高,而且多见于青壮年,对人民健康和劳动力的影响很大,目前虽有激光碎石的治疗方法,但其缺点不少。鉴于上述情况,我们于1989年1月至1991年8月,对针刺止痛和排石进行了临床研究。

The authors used acupuncture to treat (?)and ureter stones and observed two kinds of effect.1)Analgesic effect:126 cases were treated withacupuncture with Tongm in(Extra)prescribed as themain point.The needles were retained for 30 minutes.123 cases(97.62%)were markedly effective,2were improved and 1 unchanged.Comparing withmuscular injection group,there was remarkably noti-ceable difference(P<0.01).2) Lithagogue effect:to use acupuncture,Sanjiaoshu(B 22)and Shenshu(B 23)were prescribed as one group,and Qihaishu(B 24)and Shangliao(B 31)as another,whichused alternately.The needling was once daily andthe needles were retained 30 minutes each timeAmong 126 cases,114 were cured(90.48%),(?)improved,and 1 unchanged.There was considerablynoticeable difference in combparison with oral medi.cation group(P<0.01).
