针刺治疗多梗塞性痴呆的研究

Study on Acupuncture in the Treatment of Multiple Infarctional Dementia(MID)

目前,针刺治疗多梗寒性痴呆(MID)的研究还很少,根据导师的临床经验,我们从1991年1月至10月对36例 MID 患者进行了智力、记忆的针刺研究,现将结果报告如下。

The authors investigated the acupuncture intreating 36 cases of multiple infarctional dementiaand observed the relations between acupuncture andthe patients' intelligence and memory.The result isthat no matter medication alone or the combinationof medication and acupuncture can notably heightenthe patients' intelligence of which the improved ratewas 83.3%.Besides,the combination of medicineand acupuncture is much more superior than medica-tion alone in increasing the intelligence(P<0.01).Although there is certain difference between the twoin the analysis of the memory,both can increasemarkedly the patients' association study,MQ,dire-ctional memory,and anamnesis of image character.The combination of the two is apparently better thasmedication alone in association study,tree anamnesisof image and MQ(P<0.01).
