摘要 提出一种非对称非均衡复合材料层合板的设计方法,以解决翼面气动弹性剪裁问题,并对这种层合板的铺层角度和铺层顺序进行优化设计,铺层顺序的优化采用遗传算法,对遗传算法的实施采用数字编码串的编码方法,进行相应的繁殖、交叉、变异算子的设计,并给以算例验证。 A design method for unsymmetrical and unbalanced composite sandwich panel is established to meet the requirement of aeroelastic tailoring for a wing design. The ply angles and ply stacking sequence of this composite sandwich panel are optimized, and a genetic algorithms is employed to optimize the ply stacking sequence. Digit code is adopted and the corresponding operators of reproduction, crossover and mutation are designed during genetic algorithm analysis. The same analysis example is verified.
