电火针施外科疮疡引流60例临床观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Drainage with Electric fire needle for 60 Surgical Cases

我科自1990年3月至1991年5月,采用电火针做外科疮疡引流60例(简称治疗组),并同时设手术刀引流40例做对照(简称对照组),现报告如下。

This article is about 60 cases of sores of drainagewith electric fire needle,and 40 cases of drainagewith surgical knife as the control group.100 casesin all of the two groups were cured.The everagetime of curation is 7.5 days and 7.4 days respecti-vely,(p>0.05).There were 5 cases(8.3%)in thefirst group bleeding at the wounded area afterdrainage,but 36 cases(90%)in the control groupbleeding.A remarkable difference between was seen.(P<0.05),it indicates that the effect of drainagewith an electric fire needle is better than that witha surgical knife,being worth popularizing
