摘要
生命周期影响评估可以按照一定的环境机制和评估模型 ,定量分析产品生命周期的环境特性 ,最终用单一指标来描述产品系统的环境特性。目前 ,主要的影响评估方法有环境成本评估方法、环境目标评估方法、专家、权重评估方法等。由于受到地域政治、经济、文化、环境政策等方面的约束 ,建议应在ISO14 0 4 0系列国际标准的框架下 ,以可持续发展为目标 ,研究适合中国国情的生命周期影响评估方法 ,开发相应的工具软件 ,建立生命周期影响评估数据库。
Life cycle impact assessment can be used to process the environmental data from the product system and express the product environmental attributes with a single indicator according to a certain environmental mechanisms and impact assessment model. There are a variety of methods of LCIA such as monetary methods, target methods and social and expert methods currently, which are changed by the political, economical, cultural and environmental policies sectors. The suggestion was presented that China-oriented methods of LCIA,software tools and its database should be developed under the umbrella of ISO14040 series standards and sustainability,so the single result of LCIA can be used conveniently in green design for the decision-makers and designers.
