The gap between the lead screw and screw nut on the numerical machine tool is,to some extent, unavoidable.Thus it is a problem for how to bring the gap's influence on the product's quality to the minimum and the advantages of the machine tool to the maxim so as to improve the processing precision and raise its efficiency.By analysis,research and practice,the general principles and methods for solving the problems were explained with a case study.
