摘要
面部黄褐斑是皮肤科常见病之一,是全身疾病的局部表现。其病因与妊娠、月经不调、痛经、重症失眠、慢性肝病、慢性胆病、日晒等有一定的关系。西医认为因植物神经紊乱、内分泌失调造成色素障碍性皮肤病。
The article presents the observation on tbe thera-peutical effects of 100 cases of chloasma who weretreated with ear-acu-pressure.The points prescribedwere Heart,Lung,Sympathetic Nerve,Subeortex,Endocrine.etc.The cure rate was 67%,marked effe-ctiveness 15%,improved rate 11% and the totaleffective rate 93%.Those whose remote effect re-mained cured took up 71.6% among all the cured.This method is the most effective for those underthe age of 25 and within the course of the diseaseof 6 years.Those accompanied by menstrual disor-ders also obtained improvement.
