刺血络法,《灵枢·血络论》中有明确记载,后世称为刺络放血。它是依据'血实宜决之'、'菀陈则除之'的治疗原则以及病症情况,用针具刺破人体特定部位的浅表血络,放出适量血液以治疗疾病的方法。

The author analysized the venous bleeding methoddepicted in'Internal Classic'on the aspects oftherapeutical effect,bleeding sites and instruments,the volume of bleeding,the performance,and theprecautions.This study shows that the fairly completeexposition of this method originated from'InternalClassic',and it has become an important componentpart in acupuncture therapy.
