针刺治疗慢性原发性血小板减少性紫癜104例近期疗效观察

Observation on the Therapeutical Effect of 104 Cases of Chronic Primary Thrombocytopenic Purprua Treated with Acupuncture

我们自1987年起用针刺治疗慢性原发性血小板减少性紫瘢(简称 CITP)104例,并用中药对照治疗33例,现报告如下。一般资料1.病例选择137例患者均符合《实用内科学》

The authors treated 104 cases of chronic primarythrombocytopenic purpura with Zusanli(ST 36)andSanyinjiao(SP 6)basically preseribed.In addition,Shenshu(B 23)was supplemented to the deficiencyof Yin,Pishu(B 21)(?) that of Qi,and Geshu(B17)to the stagnation of blood.The deficiency wasreinforced while the excessiveness reduced.The trea-tment was offered once daily and each course oftreatment consisted of 10 sessions.There was a 30-day interval between every 2 courses.The effect wassummrized after 2 courses.The other 33 cases withsimilar condition were treated with medicinal herbs,one dose for every day,continuously for 20 days.The result showed that the cure rate and total effe-ctive rate in the acupuncture group were respeetvely49% and 77% and no remarkable difference wasfound between the acupuncture and herbs(P>0.05).It is suggested that acupuncture can be also aneffective measure for this disease.
