He-Ne激光照射治疗围产新生儿硬肿症疗效观察与分析

Observation and Analysis on the Therapeutical Effect of Perinatal Sclerema Neonatorum Treated with He-Ne Lsaer Irradiation

新生儿硬肿症是由寒凉、早产、感染、缺氧等多种原因引起的皮肤和皮下脂肪硬化与水肿的一种常见病,特别在我国北方多发。既往采用654-2、潘生丁、肝素等药物治疗,临床效果不一,并有相应的副作用。

The authors used He-Ne laser irradiation totreat 30 cases of sclerema neonatorum.The wave-length was 632.8°,the output rate of red light wasfrom 1 to 1.5mw,the light spot was 1cm,and thedistance 0.3 to 0.5 cm.Zusanli(ST 36),Fenglong(ST 40),Feiyang(BL 58)were selected as primarypoints and other points were combined according tothe loci of the disease and the symptoms.Each pointwas irradiated for 3 minutes,once daily.The controlgroup consisted of 31 cases who were treated withintravenous drip of 654-2,once or twice daily.Bothgroups were supplemented with certain medicines forthe complications.The result showed that in lasergroup,18 eases were markedly effective,11 impro-ved,and 1 unchanged,the total effective rate was96.7%;while in the control group 10 were marke-dly effective,17 improved and 4 unchanged,andthe total effective rate was 87.1%.As for the timeof the resolution of the hard swelling and hospitali-zation,the laser group was shorter than that ofcontrol group.
