针刺夜尿点治疗小儿神经性尿频102例

Treatment of 102 Cases of Infantile Nervous Frequency of Micturition with Acupuncture at Nocturnal-Urination Point

小儿神经性尿频是儿童常见病,我们运用针刺夜尿点方法治疗取得了满意的效果。兹报道如下。临床资料1.一般资料针刺治疗组(以下简称治疗组):男59例,女43例;年龄最小1岁,最大8岁。

Nocturnal-Urination Point is located at themiddle point of the transverse crease on the palmeraspect of the 2nd joint of the 5th finger.The au-thors punctured bothsides.A 1-cun-long needle ofgauge 28 was perpendiculouly thrusted into the skin,and then retained for 15 mlnutes during which theneedle would be manipulated for twice.The needlingwas once daily and 5 sessions constituted one courseof treatment.102 cases of infantile nervous frequencyof mieturition with their course of disease rangingfrom 1 to 21 days were treated.The result showedthat 92 cases were cured(90.20%),7 improved(6.86%),3 unchanged(2.04%).Comparing withother 30 cases who were treated with herbs,nomarked difference was found.It is suggested thatacupuncture can be also used to treat this diseaseand even more suitable to those rejecting the medi-cines.
