摘要
目的 成骨生长肽 (osteogenicgrowthpeptide ,OGP)是具有促进成骨和刺激造血等多方面作用的 14肽。本实验旨在研究重组OGP (rOGP)的促成骨活性。方法 一、检验动物模型骨折后不同时期血清Ca、P、AKP (碱性磷酸酶 )水平 ;二、作骨折断端病理切片 ;以观察rOGP对骨折愈合的影响。结果 rOGP具有降低血清Ca ,升高血清P、AKP及加速骨折愈合的作用 ,且其促成骨效果明显优于目前临床常用的促成骨生物制剂骨宁注射液。
Objective Osteogenic growth peptide is one kind of peptide made up of fourteen amino acids. It can spur osteogenesis and stimulate hematogenesis. To test the activity of recombinant osteogenic growth peptide (rOGP) and its effect on the healing of bone fracture. Method We examined the pathological sections and the serum levels of Ca?P and AKP from fracture model rats with different treatments. Result The serum Ca level was lower in the rOGP groups than in the controls. On the contrary, the serum P?AKP levels were higher in the rOGP groups. Conclusion The results show that rOGP has a considerable stimulatory effect on osteogenesis, and the effect is notably better than that of Guning parenteral solution--a routine clinical medicine.
