参芪注射液配合化疗治疗消化道恶性肿瘤的临床及实验研究

Clinical and Experimental Study on Shen-Qi Injection with Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Malignant Tumor of Digestive Tract

通过单纯化疗及参芪注射液配合化疗治疗消化道恶性肿瘤176例的临床对比观察,结果证实:参芪注射液可以削减化疗药物的毒副作用,增加体重(P<0.001);保护机体的造血功能,防止化疗中白细胞下降;提高机体的细胞免疫功能;降低全血比粘度(P<0.05)。动物实验表明:治疗组骨髓细胞总数及有核细胞总数以及胸腺重量均数均明显高于化疗组(P值分别<0.001或<O.05);参芪注射液还可以提高化疗造型小鼠的抑瘤率和延长其生存期。

Shen-Qi (Ginseng-Astragalus) injection was used with chemotherapy in the treatment of 176 casesof malignant tumor of the digestive tract. Results showed that Shen-Qi injection could reduce thetoxic effects produced by chemical agents and increase the patieat's body weight, as compared withthat treated by chemotherapy alone (P<0.001). It could protect the body's hematopoietic function.In Shen-Qi injection with chemotherapy group; the WBC count changed insignificantly but in chemo-therapy group the WBC count reduced markedly, in whiCh the rate of chemotherapy failure was26.5%. the difference between these two groups appeared to be significant (P<0.01). Shen-Qiinjection could increase the cellular immunologic function of the body, including phagocytic indexand percentage of phagocytes, T lymphocyte transformation rate (cpm) as well as esterase stain.Further more, Shen-Qi injection could promote blood circulaton to remove blood stasis and reducethe whole blood specific viscosity (P<0.05). In the animal experiment, the total number of bonemarrow cells and karyocytes of combined treatment group was found to be higher (P<0.001) andthe average weight of thymus was heavier (P<0.05) than that in chemotherapy gfoup. Shen-Qiinjection could also prolong the survival time and increase the tumor inhibiting rate of experimentalmice.
