摘要
现实的新闻是新闻从业者的新闻价值取向和受众需求共同作用的产物。当代美国新闻界出现了新闻与娱乐融合的趋向,这种新闻娱乐化现象根源有二:快乐主义原则是笃信个人主义的现代美国人追求的目标,受众的新闻消费行为同样如此,这是其社会基础;传媒市场化使公众利益向商业利益倾斜,利润最大化的原始动力使媒介完全受"大数法则"支配,原先新闻选择与制作的新闻理念为强调受众广度、制作成本及与利益集团利益冲突程度的市场理念所取代。由此,美国新闻娱乐化有其必然性。美国新闻娱乐化对我国传媒发展倾向有一定的启示。
Realistic news is the reciprocity between news value and audience demands. Today in the American journalism field there is a trend that the news blends with amusement, which comes into being from two; on the one hand the happy doctrine principle is a modern target that Americans pursue who devoutly believe in individualism, of the same time such is the audience's consumption behavior, this is its social foundation. On the other hand ,the media market orientation is making public benefits increase business benefits, the primitive motive that profits maximization making the media be dominated by the 'majority rule' completely. The original news persuasion that guides news choice and news creation is replaced by emphasis on the audience scope, manufacturing cost and the interest group's benefits conflicting degree. Therefore, the news amusement orientation in the United States turns inevitable. This tendency enlightens our China's media.
