美育在我国以传统伦理为本位的文化历史发展中被纳入了道德教化的范围。在从应试教育向素质教育转轨的进程中,美育对发展人的创造性具有特殊功能,美育与创新教育有紧密联系,在创新能力培养中,美育有重要地位和作用。

In the course of history, the traditional culture is the center of the whole society, in which the education of aesthetics plays an important role. It is the shift from the education of examinations to the education of creation.
