On Economic Law Liability

法律责任、义务、制裁是三个不同的概念。经济法责任在产生原因、责任形式和制裁方式等方面与民事责任、行政责任不同 ,弥补了民事责任和行政责任的局限性。经济法责任的实现机制包括行政执法机制、诉讼机制 。

Legal liability,obligation and punishment are three different concepts.Economic law liability is different of civil responsibility and administrative responsibility in cause of emergence,form of liability and form of punishment.It makes up the limitations of civil responsibility and administrative responsibility.Fulfillment mechanism of economic law liability contained administrative enforcement of law mechanism and mechanism of action.Both of them should be strengthen.
