摘要
本文通过测量铬铁矿-苏打炉料焙烧过程中所释放的CO_2量和鉴定焙烧产物的物相成分得出结论:铬铁矿-苏打炉料中Cr_2O_3的氧化可能通过两条平行的途径,一条是Cr_2O_3直接氧化成Na_2Cro_4,另一条是铬矿中包括铬氧化物在内的多种氧化物先钠盐化,然后转化成铬酸钠。
The oxidation route of Cr_2O_3 in chromite-soda charges was studied by measuring the amounts of evolved CO_2 and by identifying the phases of roasted charges. It is concluded that the oxidation of Cr_2O_3 in chromite-soda charges at 900--1050℃ may probably take two parallel routes. One is the direct oxidation of Cr_2O_3 to Na_2CrO_4. Another is the sodium salification of the other oxides as well as chrominum oxide in the chrome ore, followed by conversion into sodium chromate.
