分析、了解读者心理是做好读者服务的前提和基础。 图书馆应为读者营造愉悦的心理环 境,最大限度的满足读者的阅读需求,与读者展开心与心的交流。
To analyze and understand the readers' mentality are the preconditions and base of serving the readers well. The library should make a happy mentality environment for the readers to satisfy the reading demand of the readers and have the communion heart to heart with readers.
